我的"去留世紀大審判",
在拖了一個多月後,
終於在老巫婆休長假前給我判決書了...
當然結果絕對不會出乎意料,
一如往常她的明示暗示,
她的意願是百分百要我滾蛋的~
照例,
落了一堆廢話英文,
連我自己都懶得看,
這兩段就是整篇長篇大論中惟一的重點吧~
看到後我心情沒有太大起伏,
反而有股老巫婆你在"搞什麼東西"的荒謬想法...
我不禁在揣測...
從頭到尾都是老巫婆自己在肖想吧...
老板根本不知...
老巫婆沒法光明正大趕走我,
只好再用她最會的言語恐嚇這招了...
Anyway,
看樣子我只好繼續跟她耗下去了,
直到我能領錢那天了~
這就是我的"罪狀":
According to the agreed action on final result, as currently the company has no other vacant job to transfer to, your employment shall be terminated with the service year payment (as redundancy), following the stipulation in the written warning document.
However, in consideration of possible re-structuring might take place and to offer the additional opportunity, I would like to keep this termination date postponed to a later stage. For yourself, temporarily you will still be kept employed to accumulate more useful experience or to develop other skills in case soon there is other job available that you are able to take up. This arrangement is based on my assessment on HR team's need and shall be subject to change by further notice from the management.
